90-Degree
Our 90-degree hopper has a low height standard and can be used with different types of handling equipment, including forklifts because it features a heavy-duty mast-to-hopper secure chain with grab hooks. As the name suggests, this specialty hopper tilts forward at a perfect 90-degree angle and then returns to its upright and locked position once lowered to the ground. It can handle up to 2,000 pounds of debris and is particularly good for wood chips and shavings because its 90-degree dumping angle allows every bit of material to escape without clinging.

Durable
This small but mighty forward-dumping hopper is named Durable for a reason. It can easily handle between 2,000 and 4,000 pounds of wood shavings and is available in multiple sizes to better fit within your facility. It’s fully customizable and can come with a mechanical hopper release system for safe forklift use, a handle for dumping materials from elevated heights, casters/wheels for portability, covers to prevent spills during transport, and more.

The Rugged self-dumping hopper is designed for slightly larger wood material handling operations, as it can handle between 4,000 and 8,000 pounds of wood debris. We have over 20 different customizable Rugged models with options for release and handle systems, casters, covers, and bases. Rugged models can be safely used with forklifts and can even feature a slide bolt latch for additional safety or push handles if used with wheels.

Behemoth
Do you have a boatload of wood chips or shavings to handle? Trust the Behemoth to get the job done. These ultra-sized forward-dumping hoppers are available in five customizable models and can handle up to 10,000 pounds and 10 cubic yards of wood waste. While the Behemoth models are too heavy for mechanical release systems and casters, they can still feature handling systems for elevated dumping heights, as well as covers and bases.
