Durable Design

We don’t mess around with material handling. Just like our self dumping hoppers, our rotator boxes are durable enough for a variety of applications. Our boxes range from 12 gauge carbon steel to 7 gauge carbon steel for rugged performance no matter how many times it’s used, moved or bumped and bruised on the job. From raw materials to rusted scrap metal, your rotator box can hold it all.

Choose the right size for your project needs. Smaller boxes are designed to be easily maneuvered around tight spaces, while larger boxes provide the bulk storage and handling you need to keep your job site clear.

For more specialized use, our Gaylord rotator box line is designed to fit your corrugated cardboard recycling box. This not only keeps it safe and intact indoors or out, but it also provides a much more durable spot to pick up your Gaylord box with a forklift.

Heavy-Duty Storage

Do you need serious material handling power? Trailers and traditional pallets don’t offer the same powerful combination of movement and storage capacity. With your rotator box, you’ll be able to pack as much as 6,500 pounds into 3 cubic yards with our largest box.

The built-in drain and included plug allow you to haul fine-grain materials, like sand, or unplug it to ensure rainwater doesn’t collect and weigh down your box. Rotator boxes make excellent storage containers, but can easily be moved, adjusted or dumped as needed with a separate dump attachment. Because the dumping mechanism is separate, you won’t have to worry about accidental tips or misuse like self-dumping hoppers.

For recycling or long-term outdoor storage, a box with a plastic lid can help protect your materials from the elements. It’s a great way to create your own in-house dumpster or recycling container.

Outmaneuver the Competition

If you’re currently using a trailer to haul grain on the farm, or using a stack of pallets to move materials in your warehouse, you may be wasting valuable time. Ensuring a proper stack, hooking onto the trailer or ensuring your pallet doesn’t crack or fall can be time-consuming and potentially hazardous. Retire your old trailer and trade stack of cheap pallets for a dynamic rotator box.

Designed for Your Project

Not finding a size or shape that fits your needs? Because we design and build our rotator boxes, we can accommodate custom orders. Your project is unique and industry-specific, so why rely on a generic product to fit your specialized needs? Ask about a customized rotator box that includes your required capacity, dimensions and additional features such as wheels, towing point and more.

The capacity and weight limits can vary, depending on the size of hopper and gauge of carbon steel. While we are proud of our signature green look, you can order hoppers with industrial enamel paint in any color you wish. With a special order, you can also receive a box with your logo or company name on the side.

At Roura Material Handling, we’re happy to assist you in finding the perfect rotator box or self-dumping hopper for your project.
